At NULLFORME, our silicone wearable forms are produced for personal-use, body-contact, and in many cases custom or limited-run applications. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Color preference changes after shipment
Personal comfort preference
Used, worn, cleaned, modified, or handled items
Custom, made-to-order, or limited-release forms

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
The email used for the order
Clear photos or video of the issue
A description of the problem
Photos of the packaging if the parcel appears damaged

After review, NULLFORME may offer one of the following resolutions where applicable:

Replacement
Repair guidance
Store credit
Partial refund
Other case-specific resolution

Reports submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Items must not be used, worn, cleaned, modified, or altered before the issue is reviewed. We may be unable to assist if the product condition has changed after delivery.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If a package is refused, abandoned, returned due to an incorrect address, or not collected from the carrier or customs office, any reshipment or resolution will be reviewed case by case.
