Where do you ship?
We primarily ship to the United States and Canada. We may also ship to Europe and selected international destinations depending on product availability, logistics, and local restrictions.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. NULLFORME uses discreet packaging whenever possible.
Outer packaging will not display explicit product names, graphic descriptions, or unnecessary brand language that reveals the nature of the contents.
Customs forms may require general product descriptions for legal and carrier compliance.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders may ship from our China fulfillment location, Canada fulfillment location, or other available logistics partners depending on inventory, destination, product type, and availability.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and warehouse location.
General estimates:
United States: 7-18 business days after shipment
Canada: 3-12 business days after shipment
Europe: 10-25 business days after shipment
Custom, made-to-order, limited-run, or pre-order items may require additional production and handling time.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal-use, body-contact, hygiene-sensitive, custom, or limited-run nature of our silicone wearable forms, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.

Can I request a custom form?
Yes. NULLFORME may accept custom requests depending on design complexity, production availability, and material requirements.

Are custom orders refundable?
Custom, made-to-order, or limited-run items are generally final sale once production has started or the order has shipped.
If there is a defect, damage, or incorrect item issue, we will review the case according to our Final Sale & Defect Resolution Policy.
How should silicone forms be cleaned?
Clean silicone forms with mild soap and lukewarm water unless specific care instructions say otherwise.
Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, sharp tools, direct heat, abrasive surfaces, and prolonged sunlight exposure.
Allow items to fully dry before storage.
How should I store silicone products?
Store silicone products in a clean, dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects, dust, and materials that may stain or react with silicone.
If possible, store items in a separate bag or container.
Are colors exactly the same as product images?
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, material behavior, production differences, and hand-finishing.
For custom color requests, we aim to match the selected direction as closely as possible, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Do I need an account to order?
Account requirements may depend on checkout settings and available payment methods.
SIGNAL ACCESS may be used for account access, saved order history, or future community and archive features.
